
Kristen Dutch is a long time resident of Glassboro and a graduate of Glassboro High School, Class of 2000. She also graduated from Rowan College of South Jersey with honors in 2017. As the owner of Ben’s Barber Shop, a staple of the local business community, Kristen has spent years building relationships, supporting families, and creating a welcoming space where people connect and conversations flourish.
In addition to running her business, Kristen is an active member of the Glassboro Rotary Club, giving back through service projects and community initiatives that uplift and strengthen the town she calls home. Her dedication to Glassboro is evident in everything she does—from mentoring local youth to volunteering at town events.
Now, Kristen is stepping up to serve on the Glassboro Council, bringing a grounded perspective, entrepreneurial experience, and a genuine passion for community service.
Her priorities include:
• Supporting and sustaining local small businesses
• Supporting our police department while increasing public safety and upholding law and order.
• Enhancing transparency and accessibility in local government
• Ensuring responsible development that preserves Glassboro’s unique character while working with Rowan University

Russell Cline is a long-time resident of Glassboro, New Jersey, and a proud graduate of Glassboro High School, Class of 2001. Committed to the community he calls home, Russell has built strong relationships with neighbors, local organizations, and business leaders, earning a reputation for his integrity, reliability, and dedication to service.
He is also a member of Pitman Masonic Lodge #197, which merged with the Glassboro Masonic Lodge following the closing of the Glassboro lodge — further reflecting his commitment to fellowship and community service.
Now proud to be running for Glassboro Council, Russell is focused on bringing fresh energy, balance, and common-sense leadership to local government. With Glassboro’s ever-expanding footprint, he believes it is critical to find practical solutions that protect the character of the town while supporting responsible growth. His priorities include strengthening community engagement, supporting local businesses, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and improving the quality of life for all residents.
